Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations

Please note that all adon’s subscriptions are cancellable.
Please write to us at email@example.com or call us at +91 9595 676 676 (9am-6pm, Mon-Sat) requesting a cancellation. We process the request within 24-48 hours and you will not be charged anymore after that. If in case, you are charged for the next subscription cycle during this window (after a request has been raised and before the cancellation was successful), please let us know and we will initiate a refund for this transaction. You will be eligible for a 100% refund. (Please read the “Refund” section below).
Cancellations after Shipping: For cancellation requests that come in after the products have been shipped, a ‘Shipping & Handling’ Fee of Rs. 150/- will be adjusted against the refundable amount.
There is no such policy like NO QUESTION ASKED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for our products.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 9595 676 676(9am-6pm, Mon-Sat) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
In all the replacement cases, the products (used or unused) have to be sent back to us at the following address:
